Nuva Ring? please help?

The ring does have to be kept in the fridge - basically, heat makes it activate which makes sense if you consider where you're using it. You don't have to remove or replace the ring at any certain time like you did with the pill but you do have to make sure you only use one for three weeks, remove it, and replace it with a new one a week later.
